The Quality Inspector is a key member that will contribute towards the mission of improving healthcare in every setting. This role is responsible to support floor-based production quality activities at the Medical-Surgical facility. + Consistent application of Quality System standards to operational processes + Conduct thorough inspections and verifications of in-process and/or sub assembly inspections to ensure that products meet customer requirements and products are properly labeled. + Perform product destruction reconciliation to ensure accurate records and compliance with company policies. + Assists QA Supervisors and/or Analysts on Quality activities: + Line clearance + Rework including 5 box check/inspections. + Review and repackaging of damaged products + Training of SOPs as necessary + Maintenance of Quality documentation + Participate & contribute to project meetings, working sessions. + This individual must be flexible in supporting internal & external customers during extended hours. + Travel as necessary to support quality & business projects. + This individual must be available to work extended hours, holidays, and weekends if necessary. + Perform additional Quality Assurance activities as assigned.
