Quality Inspector - Fisher Jeon

Job Summary

 

If you are looking for an opportunity to develop, Emerson has an opportunity for you! We are looking for a Quality Inspector. In this position you will be responsible for Incoming material, process and finished product inspection.

 

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

 

Incoming material inspection:

Complete the inspection, preliminary judgment, marking and recording of parts according to the inspection standards. Report the quality problems found in the incoming material inspection to the supervisor and relevant departments in a timely manner, and supervise and confirm the treatment plan.

Process/finished product inspection:

Complete the inspection, judgment, marking and recording of products according to the inspection standards. Report the quality problems that occur during the production process inspection and the inspection of the shipped finished products to the supervisor and relevant departments in a timely manner, and supervise and confirm the treatment plan. Collect the inspection data of the production work order, check that the records are correct and complete, and complete the required product data according to the requirements of the order/work order.

Other work:

Agree with the supervisor to investigate defects, improve suppliers, formulate and update testing standards and methods; Be familiar with the quality, environment, safety and occupational health influencing factors and control methods of this position; ensure that all processes and operations meet the requirements of the quality, environment, safety and occupational health management system ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001; "5S" maintenance in the workplace; Other work that can be arranged reasonably.

For This Role, You Will Need:

 

Technical secondary school or high school education or equivalent experience or above, major in mechanics, more than 3 years of quality inspection experience in production enterprises; Strong drawing recognition ability, proficient in using various common testing instruments, and simple English related to work; High sense of responsibility, able to withstand work pressure, and complete product inspection work on time and in quality; Experience in gas equipment manufacturing, familiar with gas equipment manufacturing process, and understanding of relevant technical standards and specifications of various valves and gas equipment products are preferred; Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO 80079, OHSAS18001& ATEX related certification requirements; Familiar with enterprise safety management requirements are preferred, and those who have used Oracle and SAP systems are preferred.

 

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

 

Experience in gas equipment manufacturing, familiar with gas equipment manufacturing process, and understanding of relevant technical standards and specifications of various valves and gas equipment products are preferred; Familiar with enterprise safety management requirements are preferred, and those who have used Oracle and SAP systems are preferred.
