Quality Inspector - Full Benefits - Long Term Opportunity! (1st and 2nd shift) - Up to $34/hr.

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to inspect welded parts using calipers, micrometers, and CMM according to blueprint specifications. The role also involves testing assembled products, creating inspection check sheets, and issuing rework orders. Over time, there is an opportunity to advance into a leadership position and train other employees. Inspection is done on the floor.

ResponsibilitiesReads blueprints and drawings to understand specifications and tolerances for partsto be inspected.Visually inspects and measures parts and incoming materials using a variety of hardgauges, hand tools, and other appropriate tools & equipment to determinewhether parts conform to specifications. Parts may be inspected in receiving,in-process, and in final inspection.Completes and submits required inspection documentation, labels, and electronictransactions.Suggests improvements to inspection processes and methods.Work with cross functional teams and communicate quality standards and expectationsclearly.Assisting with meeting goals related to quality, cost, and delivery.Always operates in compliance with safety and quality standards.Committed to the organizations’ quality policy and customer satisfactionPerform other duties as required.Apply Now!!Pay and Benefits
