As a Quality Inspector Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes. You will play a critical role in maintaining our high standards and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will report directly to our Quality Manager, and you'll work out of our Tucson location. In this role, you will impact the quality of our products and contribute to the overall success of our organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Perform inspections, read blueprints, understand dimensions and tolerances • Comprehend written documents, procedures, work instructions, and forms • Utilize instruments such as bore gauge, profilometer, caliper, etc. • Record observations, generate inspection reports • Ability to work overtime and weekends • Perform inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards • Identify and document non-conformances and work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions • Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to improve product quality • Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve quality issues and improve supplier performance • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes and procedures BENEFITS OF WORKING FOR HONEYWELL In addition to a competitive salary, leading-edge work, and developing solutions side-by-side with dedicated experts in their fields, Honeywell employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
