As a Quality Inspector Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes. You will play a critical role in maintaining our high standards and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will report directly to our Quality Manager, and you'll work out of our Tucson location. In this role, you will impact the quality of our products and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•\tPerform inspections, read blueprints, understand dimensions and tolerances
•\tComprehend written documents, procedures, work instructions, and forms
•\tUtilize instruments such as bore gauge, profilometer, caliper, etc.
•\tRecord observations, generate inspection reports
•\tAbility to work overtime and weekends
•\tPerform inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards
•\tIdentify and document non-conformances and work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions
•\tConduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to improve product quality
•\tCollaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve quality issues and improve supplier performance
•\tParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes and procedures

•3+ years of experience in quality inspection or a related field
•Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
•Experience with Geometric Dimensioning, and Tolerancing
•Ability to lift to 35 pounds
