Seeking a motivated and responsible associated experience in quality control. Experience/Skills + 1+ yrs in manufacturing field + Microsoft Office + Computer skills, spreadsheets, word processing, and emails + multi-task in fast paced environment + Read and interpret qualifty data with understanding of company policies, procedures and internal controls + read, analyze and interpret documents such as drawings + Team player with proactive positive attitude + Bilingual: English/Spanish Essential Duties/ Not limited to + Perform efficient inspection of parts being produced in the production room. Includes visual and dimensional inspection in compliance with specified instructions in job packet. + Perform routine and non-routine visual inspection of parts from all machines in the cell ona rotational basis including box and lot inspections. + Complete lot inspection per AQL requirments or as defined within the specific job packets. + Assist in the disposition of product to be reworked or placed on hold for disposition as needed. + Performs star up, in process and last shot inspection. + Review daily training for each operation, verify if training id documented on the training log sheet. + Communicate quality issues through out the shift and to the next shift coming on at the transfer meeting. + Maintain a safe work environment at all times.
