As an experienced Quality Inspector, you will oversee and coordinate all activities related to Inspections, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control on a fast-paced Industrial Project site. Your responsibilities will include managing documents and procedures, ensuring adherence to quality processes, and supporting the Project QA/QC Manager in implementing and maintaining robust quality standards.

Essential Responsibilities:

Coordinate and walkdown piping system for turnoverCoordinate inspections and provide status updatePerform welding visual inspections of pressure piping and structural installationsCoordinate hydro test tracking and coordinationCoordinate Welding NDE tracking program and data entryCoordinate PWHT to code specifications, evaluate chartsIdentify process improvements

Qualifications:

CWB Level II Certified Welding InspectorMinimum 4 yrs + related experience.Proven ability to manage quality procedures and processesAbility to perform inspections to comply with approved ITP’s and code requirementsAbility to interpret CSA W59, ASME B31.3 & B31.1 CodesAble to interpret ASME weld procedures, know differences for welding carbon, stainless, chrome steelsFamiliar with welding processes SMAW, GTAW
