Job Description :
Support Quality Assurance Activities
Assist in the development and execution of quality control plans and inspection procedures.Participate in audits and inspections of manufacturing processes and finished goods.Root Cause Investigation & Corrective Actions
Support investigations into customer-reported quality issues.Assist in identifying root causes using tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagrams, or Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).Help implement and track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure resolution and prevent recurrence.Data Collection and Analysis
Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends, deviations, and opportunities for improvement.Use statistical methods to evaluate process capability and product performance.Documentation and Reporting
Maintain accurate records of inspections, non-conformances, and corrective actions.Prepare reports and presentations for internal quality reviews and customer communications.Process Improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing and quality processes.Participate in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement initiatives.Compliance and Standards
Ensure compliance with ISO9001:2015 standards, customer requirements, and internal procedures.Participate in internal audits and support external audit readiness.Training and Development
Attend training sessions on quality systems, tools, and company-specific procedures.Shadow experienced engineers to gain hands-on experience in quality engineering practices.This description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work being performed by employees within this classification.
