Legrand has an exciting opportunity for aQuality ISO Auditorto join theData Center Power & Control Division Teamin Reno, NV.We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality ISO Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ISO management systems (ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001), data analysis, statistical methods, and data visualization techniques.
The Quality ISO Auditor will administer all aspects of the ISO management systems including initiating and coordinating corrective actions, performing preventative action and continuous improvement activities to maintain Legrand’s certifications. This position requires a high degree of concentration and multitasking. This position will also establish and sustain the use of the metrics and tools related to the auditing program.
This position, as with all members of the Legrand DPC team, is expected to promote a positive work environment, demonstrate initiative, professionalism, personal awareness, integrity, and exercise confidentiality.
What Will You Do?
Environmental, Health & Safety:
+ Maintain compliance of Legrand’s Environmental, Health & Safety manual to meet ISO45001 & ISO 14001 requirements - assures that EH&S system requirements are implemented and maintained.
+ Maintain the internal auditing program for ISO45001 & ISO14001 to include planning, conducting, review and training of audits (both internal and external).
+ Coordinate the management review process – assist operations management, schedule meetings, prepare the presentation of data to the management review team, and maintain records per retention requirements.
+ Assist in the implementation, and administration of other EH&S and company activities including risk management, configuration control, training, corrective actions, continuous improvement, and preventative actions.
Quality Assurance:
+ Maintain compliance of the Legrand’s quality manual to meet ISO9001 requirements - assures that quality system requirements are implemented and maintained. Maintain the internal auditing program for ISO9001 to include planning, conducting, review and training of audits (both internal and external).
+ Coordinate the management review process – assist Product Quality Engineers, schedule meetings, prepare the presentation of data to the management review team, and maintain records per retention requirements.
+ Assist in the implementation, and administration of other QA and company activities including risk management, configuration control, training, auditing, corrective actions, continuous improvement, and preventative actions.
+ Execute the Quality Assurance strategy to ensure product flow consistent with established industry standards, government regulations and various customer requirements.
+ Collect and analyze quality data, identify problem areas, recommend solutions and coordinate / facilitate corrective action to control costs and achieve established quality objectives for external failures, scrap, problem orders and related performance measures.
+ Perform root cause analysis and provide solutions to correct immediate quality related concerns as well as develop long term solutions and assure appropriate introduction.
+ Research and analyze data and generate quality reporting metrics, charts and supporting documentation. Conduct problem solving and the development of solutions for non-compliance conditions of a system or technical nature.
+ Work with various data systems to perform quality audit analysis tasks.
+ Respond to numerous requests for data and assist in collecting and analyzing data for technical and engineering investigations to support hardware assembly and test operations.
+ Lead and participate in team assignments, special projects, and continuous improvement events. Prepare and deliver presentations.
+ Create charts and reports for all departments using data collected both internally and from customers.
+ Assist in responding to technical questions from suppliers and determine the appropriate action to be taken.
+ Analyze, audit, and report quality performance and trends for product and processes.
+ Provide input for quality requirements to Design and Manufacturing Engineering.
Data Collection and Management:
+ Gather, clean, and organize large datasets from multiple sources.
+ Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy in data collection and reporting.
Data Analysis:
+ Analyze data using statistical techniques and interpret trends, patterns, and anomalies.
+ Develop and apply algorithms and predictive models to identify actionable insights.
Reporting and Visualization:
+ Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to present data findings to stakeholders.
+ Use visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to make data accessible and understandable.
Support Decision-Making:
+ Provide recommendations based on data analysis to support business strategies and operational decisions.
+ Collaborate with teams to identify data needs and develop solutions.

Qualifications
Required Skills
Education:
+ Bachelor's degree and or relevant experience in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
+ 3 - 4 years proven experience as an Auditor, Quality Analyst or similar role.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
+ Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R).
+ Experience with SAP & Agile.
+ Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
+ Attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality.
+ Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
+ Knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms.
+ Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
