What success looks like in this role:
Documentation Management:Assist in the creation, organization, and maintenance of project documentation, including technical reports, meeting minutes, and project plans.Ensure that all cybersecurity documentation is up-to-date, accurately reflecting project statuses and decisions. Project Tracking and Control:Monitor the progress of cybersecurity projects, ensuring that they remain on schedule and within scope.Assist in the preparation of status reports and dashboards to provide visibility into project milestones and deliverables.Track and document the completion of tasks, milestones, and action items, ensuring alignment with project timelines. SLA Monitoring and Compliance:Monitor and track Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure that all commitments are met.Document and report any deviations from SLAs, working with the cybersecurity team to address and resolve issues.Maintain a clear record of SLA performance metrics and provide regular updates to management. Quality Control and Assurance:Assist in the review of project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and client requirements.Participate in quality assurance activities, such as document reviews and process audits, to maintain high standards across all cybersecurity projects. Team Collaboration and Support:Work closely with project managers, cybersecurity analysts, and other team members to support project needs.Provide administrative support for project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and documenting action items.#LI-SA1
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Must Have Skills
Documentation and Organizational Skills (1+ years): Experience in managing and organizing documentation, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Project Coordination Experience (1+ years): Familiarity with project tracking tools and methodologies, with a focus on maintaining timelines and deliverables.
Understanding of SLAs (1+ years): Basic knowledge of Service Level Agreements and the importance of monitoring and reporting compliance.
Communication Skills (1+ years): Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise documentation.
Interest in Cybersecurity (1+ years): A demonstrated interest in cybersecurity, with a willingness to learn and grow in the field.
Nice to Have (Please indicate no more than 5 skills. If candidates do not have these skills would not be a reason for disqualifying. Be as concrete as possible.)
Familiarity with Cybersecurity Concepts (1+ years): Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices, gained through coursework or practical experience.
Experience with Project Management Tools (1+ years): Experience using project management software such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
Quality Assurance Experience (1+ years): Experience in quality control or assurance roles, ensuring that project outputs meet established standards.
Basic Knowledge of IT Infrastructure (1+ years): Understanding of basic IT concepts, such as networking or system administration, which can aid in documentation tasks.
Certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) (1+ years): Any relevant certifications that demonstrate an understanding of project management or IT service management.
