Job Responsibilities: Ensure on-time order production in the correct quantity and quality.Ensure that goods are assembled, tested and packaged in accordance with an instruction manual.Plan orders and resources (machines, personnel deployment planning, shift plan creation, as well as shift allocation and holiday planning).Report deviations in the order specification (e.g. times in the work plan, part list) to the management and initiate corrective measures.Confirm & validate orders in the ordering system.Operation and Maintenance.Operation of simple means of transport, e.g. trolleys, box lifting devices, floor conveyors.Operation of manual and electric pallet jack vehicles and forklifts.Minimize downtime at machines.Monitoring and procurement of auxiliary and operating materials, including consumables from internal suppliers.Eliminate simple malfunctions in the production facilities.Carrying out defined, limited maintenance and repairs on the production facilities in accordance with an instruction manual, or guidance from technical support.Coordinate and monitor maintenance and repair of equipment, if necessary, with internal and external service providers.On-going process monitoring, error analysis, correction and optimization.Frequent communication (in English) with the Technical Support of parent company to resolve technical issues on the production line will be required.Instruction of employees in quality assurance measures e.g. error feedback, work instruction.Introduce and instruct new employees at the respective workplace (e.g., process flows, occupational health and safety training).Moderation of shop floor management.Supervising employees and assigning duties to specific employees based on role and skills.Manage employees' requests and transgressions, manage conflicts.
