The Opportunity: 

The CIS program supports our intelligence customer deliver IT services to conduct its globally distributed operations. We are driving an exciting technological transformation of their IT services by leading the design, development, implementation, and operation of cutting-edge solutions. This includes continuous service improvement through the modernization of IT system infrastructure. 

 

CACI is looking for an experienced, innovative, and motivated Quality/Lifecycle Project Lead to support the mission objectives and needs of the customer, the Defense Intelligence Agency.  The position is contingent upon award of the DIA SITE III CIO Information Services (CIS) contract. 

 

 Responsibilities: 

Ensure team compliance with enterprise vision, governance policies, regulations, schedules, and service delivery quality standards. 

Maintain an in-depth understanding of IT hardware assets, ensuring alignment with lifecycle processes, policies, and tools. 

Champion IT/IM service delivery standards and values across the enterprise. 

Lead collaborative customer and team processes, ensuring high-quality service delivery through reviews and demonstrations. 

Develop and maintain a lifecycle project management plan for hardware replacement and updates. 

Oversee IT Portfolio, IT Investment Management, and Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) to optimize IT spending and resource allocation. 

Establish guidelines and procedures to update upper management and stakeholders on lifecycle implementation plans, including Roadmap Planning. 

Oversee quantifiable Continual Service Improvement (CSI) efforts, driving efficiency and innovation in IT operations. 

Provide strategic guidance and support to enhance IT management and control. 

Qualifications: 

Required:  

Must hold a current Top Secret clearance and be SCI eligible 

A BS/BA (degree in Management, Business, Finance, Economics, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) and 8+ years of experience, MS/MA and 6+ years of experience, or PhD and 4+ years of experience,  AS/AA and 10+ years of experience 

Current DoD 8140 – IAT II Certification (e.g. CompTIA Security+) 

Desired:  

Familiarity with IC ITE services and classified environments 

Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM systems

8 years of experience in IT service delivery, governance, and asset lifecycle management. 

ITIL 4 Foundation Certification

Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$75,200-$158,100
