What You Will Be Doing
We are looking for an experienced Quality Maintenance Trainer Sr to join our team in Greenville, SC. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in quality assurance and aircraft manufacturing to train and mentor our workforce, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide instruction on quality assurance principles and aircraft manufacturing processes, fostering a culture of excellence within our teams.
- Regularly review lesson plans and instructional materials to ensure they are current and aligned with technical guidance.
- Set up training environments and prepare course materials, maintaining a dynamic and effective learning atmosphere.
- Ensure your teaching skills and knowledge remain cutting-edge through ongoing professional development and course currency.
- Conduct thorough reviews of course control documents to maintain compliance and quality standards.
- Ensure roster accuracy and class completion verification, contributing to effective training outcomes.
- Serve as a technical expert to quality, engineering, and production teams, supporting compliance with DCMA 8210.0 and other contractual training requirements.

Basic Qualifications:
• Comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance, quality principles, and an overall knowledge of aircraft manufacturing and ground operations.
• Experience with quality inspection training requirements for sheet metal work, reading and interpreting blueprints, fastener installation and removal, working with standard shop tools, bonding techniques, and sealants.
• Experience with quality inspection training. Instructor skills. Analytical skills, familiar with QADS, SFM and other manufacturing databases.
Desired Skills:
• Capable of writing, editing, and producing materials for technical instruction; provide assistance and support to production operations by helping determine training needs
• Instructor skills including classroom lecture and lab practical’s
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Strong computer skills
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
