Quality Management Analyst - IDD
Overview The Intellectual/Development Disabilities (IDD) Quality Management Analyst (QMA) will lead the quality management process through the analysis and support of creating and implementing corrective actions and improvement plans. The QMA will assist in collecting, coding, imputing, verifying, training, and monitoring data of all Rising Ground persons supported for people with developmental disabilities related programs. The role of the QMA is to support and ensure that programs are meeting quality compliance standards, performance quality is maintained, and that specified goals and outcomes are met. Annual Salary $60,000 - $65,000 Responsibilities + Make recommendations whether programs need to be on an internal performance improvement plan (PIP). + Perform monthly internal audits and case record reviews. + Ensure timely submission of Corrective Action Plans, internally and to external monitoring agencies + Develop and update instruments used to measure programmatic goals and outcomes. + Assist OPWDD Programs in reporting and determination of outcomes through individual meetings with supervisors monthly. + Conduct quarterly inspections of all locations. + Assist OPWDD programs in preparing for all external audits and accreditation processes from agencies such as OPWDD, OMIG and OIG. + Conduct unannounced quarterly visits to residences and locations along with routine visit where persons supported are being served. + Conduct observations per program type. + Participation in Standing Committees. + Conduct Internal Administrative Investigations as needed. + Process and input data as needed. + Update Quality Management Plan as needed. + Other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications + Master’s Degree preferred in related human services field or equivalent. + Ability to travel to all required locations. + Must have ability to analyze and manipulate data. + Must have working knowledge of computer applications, preferably highly skilled with Excel. + Must have commitment to enhancing the level of service delivery provided to persons supported. + Must be able to write reports from database information. + Excellent organizational & interpersonal skills + Good verbal /written communication skills. + Familiarity with ACS, OCFS, OMIG and OIG preferred. + Familiarity with Foothold and IRMA systems. + Knowledge of OPWDD processes, procedures, regulations, and mandates is preferred.
