Your role as Quality Management System Coordinator:

The main goal for this position is to develop and to sustain the Quality Management System in accordance with industry standards. This position develops and leads auditing efforts as they pertain to regulatory bodies and customer auditing events. This effort ensures nonconformities are identified, corrective actions are implemented, and certifications are maintained. This position does not have direct reports, but will be responsible for managing efforts as they pertain to the Quality Management System and auditing functions which will include managing teams. This role works directly with all Quality Management System process owners across business departments to ensure active engagement and compliance with their business processes.

Responsibilities:

Follow the divisional process management guidelines and deploy and adapt  them accordingly in the Venlo site.Maintain and promote the use of the Divisional Quality Management System.Capture and keep up to date the E2E business process of the Venlo Site.Support people and train them in capturing their processes following the established standard.Leading the whole process for the ISO Audits for Venlo Site, expert in the subject matter, contacts relevant stakeholders, oversees that tasks get completed in time by the responsible person.Oversee that non conformities from the audits are closed on time by their respective process owners.

Skills required:

A strong communicator, capable of interacting at different levels of the organization (shop floor, management, divisional team).Analytical thinker, capable of capturing the different types of process and helping the team simplify them.Change management capabilities, can help the organization understand the benefit of working with standards and can support them through adopting and improving them.Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills.

Education & Qualifications:

Bachelor or Master’s degree, in technical disciplines.Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role where you capture processes and guide employees through audits.ISO9001 certification. Green Belt or black belt six sigma certification a plus.Have an affinity with technology. (Visio, SAP, Microsoft Office, SharePoint).Proficient English level (Dutch is a plus).
