Job Description
The Quality Management System Coordinator will lead activities related to the maintenance and improvement of our ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System. Additionally, this position will get assignments related to auditing, process improvements and risk mitigation. Finally, this position will have close interaction with other Electronics & Controls functions, especially with Process Improvement, Plant Quality teams, Operations, Engineering and Supply Chain.
As A Quality Management System Coordinator, You Will:
Manage and improve our Quality Management System by:Ensuring that Electronics and Controls (E&C) Quality Management System is in compliance with ISO9001:2015 in already certified locations.Coordinating certification of E&C locations that are selected to be certified per ISO9001.Leading, coordinating and participating in the internal audits of our St. Louis location (E&C’s Headquarters) functional departments.Confirming the effective completion of all audit findings.Supporting the manufacturing locations internal and external audit processes.Leading initiatives to improve our Quality Management System and related processes.Assisting in the creation of new policies and procedure documents and enhancement of existing ones.Creating and improving internal auditor training programs and conducting trainings as neededLeading and participating in initiatives to mitigate risks and improve standard work at the Business level.Travel up to 15% domestic and international to our manufacturing locations in Mexico and Canada (Kennesaw, El Paso, Chihuahua, etc.)REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCES & SKILLS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field. Will also consider a combination of college level education and related work experience.At least 3 years of experience with Quality Management Systems in an ISO9001 certified manufacturing facility within a similar industryISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certificationLegal work authorization in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this rolePREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCES & SKILLS:
