GETTING A FLYING START
The new team member will take on the following role: As a part of the Quality Management (QM) team, you will make significant contributions to certification management, product quality control, and standard operating procedures. You will participate in various quality improvement activities to exceed customer expectations and collaborate with team members to drive continuous innovation.
HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT
Writing quality control procedures and manuals
Maintaining quality-related documents and records
Documenting for quality certifications such as ISO
Analyzing and reporting the root causes of quality issues
Conducting internal audits of the quality system
Handling customer complaints
Collaborating with other departments such as production and R&D
YOUR STARTING POINTS WHEN YOU JOIN
Education:
Graduated from a four-year university
Bachelor's degree or higher
Experience:
Experience in quality management or quality assurance(5 years or more)
Experience in the manufacturing industry or related sectors
Experience with ISO and other quality certifications
Skill:
Good skill of computer works (especially MS office programs)
Fluent English skill for read, write & conversation if possible
Understanding of quality management systems
Data analysis and problem-solving skills
Internal audit and self-inspection capabilities
Experience in handling customer complaints
No restriction for business trip to abroad
