If you're passionate about advancing global healthcare and making a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you!_** We’re seeking a skilled professional with: + 2+ years of quality leadership, preferably in GMP life sciences + Hands on laboratory experience + Strong ability to collaborate across teams **Salary:** 85K-100K **Schedule:** M-F 1 st shift **Location:** Onsite-near NW San Antonio **Responsibilities:** + Lead and manage QC staff and daily lab operations. + Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards (e.g., cGMP). + Plan and coordinate testing to support production schedules. + Address and resolve quality issues, including non-conformances and deviations. + Support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. + Maintain audit readiness and quality documentation. + Oversee method validations and stability programs. + Communicate priorities across departments and with external stakeholders. + Support lab equipment procurement, qualification, and troubleshooting. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., biology, chemistry, or related field). + 2+ years of leadership experience + GMP manufacturing experience within Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Biotech or related industry + ISO 13485, ISO 9001, 21 CFR knowledge **_***This job description is a complete list of all desired skills but not all are required.
