Flow Dry Technologies is seeking a Quality Manager to join our team in Brookville, Ohio. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role—ideal for someone who takes initiative, enjoys solving complex problems, and is dedicated to upholding the highest quality standards in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
While this is not a leadership position, it is a highly visible and impactful role. You’ll collaborate daily with Quality, Engineering, Production, and Customer Service teams to drive improvements, resolve issues, and ensure that every product we deliver meets or exceeds customer expectations.

What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in quality, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of hands-on quality experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive preferred)Working knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and SPCFamiliarity with Customer-Specific Requirements and Audit ReadinessProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); knowledge of quality software a plusWho You Are
