RequirementsEngineering degree
7+ years related experience (10+ preferred)
Minimum 5 years in a QA management role within an ISO 9001 certified shop
Strong background in data analysis, root cause identification, corrective action planning, and implementation
Expertise with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and ability to create and interpret fishbone diagrams in detail
Proficiency with GD&T and experience in precision manufacturing environments
Experience managing Quality Engineers, Technicians, and Inspectors
Demonstrated experience in quality audits (ISO 9001-2015)
Preferred SkillsExperience leading multi-discipline teams across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain functions
Familiarity with a wide range of problem-solving tools and methodologies
ResponsibilitiesLead quality assurance efforts in a precision manufacturing environment
Drive problem-solving initiatives, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation with cross-functional teams
Oversee and mentor Quality Engineers, Technicians, and Inspectors
Manage and maintain compliance with ISO 9001-2015 standards
Conduct and support quality audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory and customer requirements
Apply SPC, GD&T, and advanced quality tools to resolve production and quality issues
Provide leadership to enforce accountability, ensure continuous improvement, and prepare for succession into senior management
Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
