Johnson Service Group (JSG) is currently looking for a skilled Quality Manager to spearhead quality assurance functions at our clients’ Middletown, NY facility. This pivotal role combines oversight of quality systems with direct, on-the-floor leadership.


Pay: $100K to $115K

Requirements 3–5+ years of Quality Assurance experience within manufacturing Proven track record managing or supervising QA or production teams Expertise in quality systems, documentation, and continuous improvement Exceptional ability to interpret specifications, measurements, and compliance standards Strong computer literacy, especially in reporting and documentation tools Hands-on experience working directly on the production floor
Bonus Points for: Experience implementing or revamping quality processes SQF certification or extensive audit experience Background in flexible packaging, food manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or aerospace Supporting regulatory or customer audits with confidence
Ideal Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred Experience with regulatory compliance and third-party audits Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Comfort working in a fast-paced, multi-shift environment and potential for relocation
