The Quality Manager provides leadership, direction, and oversight to the plant for quality and food safety. This role exists to ensure the plant delivers the required standards of quality and food safety according to Ferrara policies, procedures, and practices. The Quality Manager is also responsible for implementing and monitoring quality activities related to commercial logistics and points of sales quality.

Manages contamination prevention programs
Investigates, acts, and resolves customer quality issues at all assigned locations
Develops and Manages quality KPI objectives
Provides Quality and Food Safety training
Implements product traceability improvements
Manages housekeeping improvements and inspection methods

Minimum 5 years management experience
Experience in food industry/CPG strongly preferred
HACCP Certification
FSMA, PCQI, GFSI certifications preferred
