Position overview:
Reporting directly to Senior Quality manager, our future Quality manager will have as main missions to ensure new products/processes are aligned with industry megatrends to drive incremental revenue growth and returns. Drive best-in-class operating performance in the areas of quality, efficiency, launch performance and emphasize a culture of Quality.
Key Responsibilities:
People Management
Coordination skills and experience to organize teams and assign resources. Work in cooperation with auxiliary services (production, logistics, maintenance, security, HR) to ensure the continuity of production on the site
Budget control
Experience in creating budgets and management of accounts and investments of financial resources.
Quality Management System
IATF training as auditor - Internal auditor certificate. Experience coordinating internal management review (yearly management review, plant risks analysis, contingency plan, etc.).
Customer Quality
Claims management and associated 8D’s + containment Customer scorecard Customer audits (MPA Stellantis).
Suppliers Quality
Experience in Quality Issues with suppliers: 8D analysis + Escalation processes. PPAP knowledge and experience.
Core tools
Training and experience in core tools: PFMEA, APQP, SPC, PPAP, MSA.
Internal Quality
Serial production: Capacity of problem analysis so decisions can be taken. Program development: Analysis of program quality needs and status.
Key skills and Qualifications:
Engineering degree. Experience of at least 3 years as a quality manager and 5 years in the automotive industry Team management Experience and knowledge about seats or frame structures. Experience and knowledge in metal welding. Experience and knowledge in assembly process as screwing, riveting. Experience and knowledge in the painting process. Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
