Johnson Service Group (JSG), a professional staffing firm, is seeking a Quality Manager to support our global manufacturing client in Greensburg, PA.
Responsibilities: Establish and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) Influence employees on Quality and Continuous Improvement Strategies Act as internal advocate for quality related issues Coach quality team members on methods and tools Analyze customer feedback for quality related concerns Build quality solutions keeping in kind the customer mindset Manage quality safety programs Ensure use of analytics from collected quality data Manage certification activities Establish and maintain measurement capability and performance indicators Control quality supply performance against expectations Ensure company core values are displayed in quality standards Identify organizational root causes to build preventive actions Mitigates risks and safeguards a continuous improvement of risk management
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field A minimum of 6 years experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment Six Sigma Green Belt (Q&CI) | Six Sigma Yellow Belt (Quality) ISO certification and auditing experience QMS experience Ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
