Quality Manager

Quality management  Promotes, Unit/function management, recognition, and conformance to customer and KONE requirements.  Collaborates with KONE Way process owners // operating model owners and change managers to ensure the continual improvement and implementation of KONE Way in his/her area of responsibility.  Assures that functional and teams analyze, develop, and execute continuous quality improvements based on performance data and proactively gather and analyze other relevant data to identify continuous improvement opportunities in the processes in full chain// end-to-end.  Support to product/process development team in quality follow-up during development stage. Ensure quality deliverable according to quality plan. Follow up new launched project quality and secure the fulfillment of KONE requirement.  Proactively contributes Quality development, Quality target setting and executes the decided plans together with the relevant  Leads and supports any required corrective actions required due to non-conformance.  Drives continuous reduction Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) and improvement of other KPIs  Liaises with cross functional team to develop improvement plan to improve quality and performance of the organization’s outcome in terms of services and products.  Leads, directs, evaluates, and develops a team of quality professionals to ensure that quality assurance activities meet established targets.  Maintain strong connections with other colleagues within KONE to share best practices and to understand current and future requirements.  Demonstrates how ownership of quality should be done in KONE so that others can see this example.  As a manager, be responsible for the implementation of the EHS Management System and related processes in the respective department / team. Professional requirements:  Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Elevator industry experience is preferred.  Over 10 years experiences in quality management with at least 5 years in a managerial position.  Knowledge of Quality Management System (e.g. ISO) APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA and SPC. And certifications experience.  Good knowledge of quality tools, methods, systems project management and change management skills.  Result-oriented, highly motivated, forward thinking and task driven, high degree of integrity, high sense of responsibility.  Lean, Six Sigma (Master)Black Belt  High team sprite, excellent teamwork and communication skill.  Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English.  Sound PC skills.
