Ensuring Chart’s Success…

Chart's Quality Manager plans and coordinates the quality program and NDE activities to ensure conformance to requirements, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement for products manufactured at Chart’s Tulsa, OK facility.

What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be… Conducts and coordinates internal audits and training to ensure the plant maintains its compliance to ISO 9001/13485 standards. Plans, promotes, and organizes training activities related to product quality and reliability. Directs workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, processes, and products. Review defect data and make suggestions to reduce defects to management Source equipment and create processes, SOPs, and training on new equipment Establish effective process and procedures to achieve site goals for efficiency, training, and cost control Develop and implement methods to eliminate lost time, scrap, and reportable accidents Assist customers and inspectors during scheduled visits Promotes the effectiveness and timeliness of the corrective action system. Appraise employee performance and make recommendations for change of status or salary adjustment. Complete other duties as assigned. Your Education Should Be… 4-year degree Your Physical Work Environment Will Require… Frequent sitting and walking and occasional standing, stooping, bending, twisting Repetitive hand movements Work in an office and industrial manufacturing environment with possible exposure to temperature extremes, overhead objects, material with rough edges odors associated with cutting and welding Your Professional Experience Should Be… 5+ years of quality management experience Knowledge of ASME Section VIII, Div. 1 and Section IX Previous experience or understanding of Welding and/or the welding process is preferred Chart is an equal opportunity employer...
