Quality Manager

This role oversees quality assurance and compliance functions, ensuring that all programs and services meet the highest standards of care. The Quality Manager is also responsible for monitoring and updating policies and procedures to reflect regulatory changes and industry best practices. This position requires strong leadership, creativity, and judgment to plan, direct, and execute quality initiatives across the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** + Manage and oversee the implementation of the facility’s quality management and quality improvement programs. + Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and that services are delivered at the highest level of care. + Lead the quality assurance processes, including monitoring and improving patient care services. + Regularly update policies and procedures to ensure they align with regulatory changes and best practices. + Provide leadership and direction to staff and teams in quality improvement initiatives. + Collaborate with various departments to drive consistency and excellence in care delivery. + Lead and coordinate staff training on quality standards and improvement methodologies. + Use extensive experience and sound judgment to achieve quality goals and objectives. + Perform a variety of tasks with a high degree of creativity and independence. **Qualifications:** + **Education:** Bachelor's degree required. + **Experience:** At least 5-7 years of experience in quality management within healthcare. + **Licensure/Certifications:** Must be a certified Registered Nurse (RN). + **Skills:** + In-depth knowledge of quality management, quality improvement, and compliance procedures. + Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. + Ability to assess, monitor, and improve healthcare services based on regulatory and quality standards. + Familiarity with regulatory agencies and healthcare regulations (e.g., Joint Commission, CMS). + Experience in leading cross-functional teams to implement quality initiatives. **What we offer:** Competitive Pay - Medical, Dental, Vision, & Life Insurance - Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) - Extended Illness Bank (EIB) - Tuition Reimbursement - Matching 401(k) - Opportunities for Career Advancement - Rewards and Recognition Programs - Additional Discounts and Perks* **Why Join Us?** At Mountain View Health, we offer more than just a job – we provide an opportunity to be part of a team that values collaboration, compassion, and excellence.
