Summary: Seeking a Quality Manager to oversee quality assurance and improvement processes in technical textile manufacturing.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Scientific Discipline Experience with customer audits and ISO 9001 internal auditing Ability to conduct site visits to customers, suppliers, and sub-contractors Experience in developing SPC tools and reporting for manufacturing Oversight of QA systems including PCR's, Calibration, and CAR's Direct employees in the Quality department

Preferred Skills:

Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma AS9100 Lead Auditor certification ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification Aerospace industry experience (2-3 years)

Responsibilities:

Manage quality assurance teams at the site Collaborate with production areas to meet requirements Develop KPIs and SPCs for manufacturing Oversee customer claims and corrective actions Present KPI metrics related to quality at monthly meetings

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
