Visión general del rol y responsabilidades

Estamos buscando un Gerente de Calidad para unirse al equipo. Con sede en la planta La Rosa ubicada en Mataderos, CABA.

La persona que ocupe la posición será responsable de responder por el planeamiento, desarrollo y coordinación de las actividades de la calidad. Asegurar el mantenimiento y garantizar el cumplimiento y aplicación de los procedimientos y normas de Calidad y que las mismas sean ejercidas para la certificación internacional, de acuerdo con las estrategias y directrices, normas y procedimientos de los sistemas.

Principales responsabilidades

Planificar, organizar, establecer, racionalizar y optimizar los sistemas de Gestión de Calidad. Supervisar, incentivar, evaluar y promover acciones preventivas y correctivas de estos sistemas y de mejora continua, actuando conforme a la legislación vigente, aplicándolas a cada área de la empresa, de acuerdo con las directrices y estrategias preestablecidas y normas internacionales de calidad.Coordinar calificaciones y certificaciones de productos y sistemas de calidad (ISO) junto a entidades oficiales o clientes.Supervisar que los procesos de la empresa que afectan la calidad de los productos y de los servicios estén controlados, y en mejora continua.Desarrollar, planear y administrar reuniones de comités de gestión, los patrones de calidad y de mejora continua de los productos, y servicios.Desarrollar y coordinar proyectos referentes a gestión de Calidad estableciendo cronogramas de acciones, plazos, costos, de acuerdo con las orientaciones y procedimientos preestablecidos.Asegurar los procesos de comunicación y divulgación de los sistemas de Calidad, brindando apoyo profesional y operativo a los empleados y contratistas así como desarrollando y organizando materiales de apoyo, cursos y conferencias con el fin de promover la concientización de la calidad en toda la organización.Conducir programas de auditoría interna de los sistemas y procedimientos relacionados con Calidad, identificando no conformidades y recomendando acciones correctivas.Supervisar auditorias de certificaciones, evaluando y teniendo en cuenta las recomendaciones, modificaciones o correcciones.Proponer y acordar con la Dirección para los sistemas de calidad, los objetivos y metas anuales y elaborar los programas necesarios para garantizar el cumplimiento de los mismos Garantizar la actualización de la legislación aplicable y su cumplimiento de la misma a través de servicios externos idóneos.Evaluar a proveedores a contratar, continuando su evaluación dentro de la fábrica y realizando visitas post contratación en sus direcciones operativas.Es responsable de implementar, colaborar y administrar la documentación del Sistema de Gestión según lo establecido en Calidad.

¿A quién buscamos?

Educación universitaria en Ingeniería Industrial o afines.Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia anterior similar.Nivel avanzado de Inglés

We are looking for a Quality Manager to join the team. Based at the La Rosa plant located in Mataderos, CABA.

The person filling the position will be responsible for the planning, development, and coordination of quality. Ensure the maintenance and guarantee the compliance and application of QHSE procedures and standards and that they are exercised for international certification, in accordance with the strategies and guidelines, standards and procedures of the systems.

Main responsibilities

Plan, organize, establish, rationalize and optimize the Quality Management systems. Supervise, encourage, evaluate and promote preventive and corrective actions of these systems and continuous improvement, acting in accordance with current legislation, applying them to each area of the company, according to pre-established guidelines and strategies and international quality standards.Coordinate qualifications and certifications of products and quality systems (ISO) with official entities or customers.Supervise that the company's processes that affect the quality of products and services are under control, and in continuous improvement.Develop, plan and manage management committee meetings, quality standards and continuous improvement of products and services.Develop and coordinate projects related to Quality management, establishing action schedules, deadlines, costs, according to pre-established guidelines and procedures.Ensure the communication and dissemination processes of the Quality systems, providing professional and operational support to employees and contractors as well as developing and organizing support materials, courses and conferences in order to promote quality awareness throughout the organization.Conduct internal audit programs of Quality related systems and procedures, identifying non-conformities and recommending corrective actions.Supervise certification audits, evaluating and taking into account recommendations, modifications or corrections.Propose and agree with the Management for the quality systems, the annual objectives and goals and develop the necessary programs to ensure compliance with them.Ensure the updating of applicable legislation and its compliance with the same through suitable external services.Evaluate suppliers to be contracted, continuing their evaluation within the factory and performing post contracting visits in their operational directions.Is responsible for implementing, collaborating and managing the Management System documentation as established in Quality.

Who are we looking for?

Completed university: Industrial Engineering or similar.Minimum of 5 years of similar previous experience.Advanced level of English.
