Quality Manager

We are looking for a Quality Manager to join our Shelby team!

As our Quality Manager, you will develop, implement, and maintain quality control and assurance activities to ensure the highest standards of product quality and compliance. You will define and specify the implementation of standards, methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision, accuracy and reliability of company products. You will select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. This role involves supporting quality team to implement quality processes, conducting audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Your Challenge

Oversees, implements and maintains technical quality assurance and control systems and activities to ensure efficient operation and compliance with applicable regulations and standards. Evaluates applied methods and procedures for process controls.Establishes, monitors, and improves quality assurance processes and metrics. Conducts regular audits to ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards. Reviews and disseminates regulatory reference information that may affect the operation of the quality assurance unit or other areas.Reports the status of compliance with applicable regulations and standards that relate to studies, operations, and facilities to management.Enhances quality system effectiveness and continuous improvement through identifying compliance risks, developing action plans, and project reporting and closure.Reviews quality management inspection reports to assess findings, responses, and need for follow-up activities.Serves as a key contact for inspections and provides input for responses to those inspections. Serves as an internal consultant for system validation projects.

What You Bring

Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams.Proficiency in quality control software and data analysis tools.Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.Effective project management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.Professional certification in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or related field.Applied knowledge of Quality Tools (e.g., Six Sigma, PFMEA).
