We are looking for an all-round, energetic, Quality Manager with experience in the heavy industry in general and experience in design and construction of a Nuclear Power plant and Joint Venture Programs specifically.

We are leading a consortium of international engineering firms, collaborating on a groundbreaking project, to design and build a state-of-the-art nuclear reactor in Europe. This project aims to set new standards in safety, efficiency, and environmental sustainability.
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Quality Manager to join our joint venture team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all quality assurance and quality control activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with international standards and regulatory requirements.

Principal Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) tailored to the project.
• Ensure all project activities comply with relevant quality standards, codes, and regulations, including ECI compliance and IP protection.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to integrate quality requirements into all project phases.
• Manage non-conformance reports and corrective actions to resolve quality issues promptly.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies, clients, and stakeholders to ensure transparency and adherence to quality expectations.
• Provide training and support to project staff on quality management practices and procedures.
