**About the Role:**
The Operations Quality Manager primary responsibility is to provide holistic leadership, capability and role modeling behaviors for all Quality and Food Safety standards and requirements, at the E2E internal sites, in order to achieve brilliant brand execution, support general supply network to ensure compliance to our Global Standards and Global Risk Management Standards (GRMS), surpassing company and consumers expectations.
**Experience required/Skills/Capabilities/Languages:**
+ At least 4 years direct manufacturing and quality experience in beverages, food or a related industry.
+ In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, desirable within the beverage industry, spirits, wines and RTD production environment, including identification, assessment, control & crisis management
+ Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemist Pharmaceutical Biologist or engineering related / Master Degree or equivalent experience in Quality a plus.
+ Solid understanding Six Sigma (DMAIC methodology), Statistical Process Control (SPC), ANOVA, Hypothesis Test, Linear regression / Black Belt a plus.
+ Leadership, Deployment and implementation, strategic/tactical plans, critical metrics of Management Systems, across Quality Development Programs.
+ Trained as Lead Auditor (ISO 9001, HACCP, FSSC22000, ISO 17025).
+ Languages: English and Spanish – proficient.
+ Excellent mentor, influencing, communication and project management skills.
+ Good at networking to establish excellent relationships at all levels and site contacts.
