We are looking for a Quality Manager to join our team. Based in Poços de Caldas/MG reporting to the Plant Director, you will be responsible for ensuring Leads and coordinates activities related to the Quality Control & Management Integrated System and work with the other areas of the company.

You will be responsible for:

 

·       Compliance with quality activities based on documentation that supports repeatability and reproducibility, ensuring that the product is manufactured according to the standard design.

·       Integrate with the factory process area so that documentation is always updated and reflects production conditions, keeping it always available.

·       Ensure that employees under your management participate in security activities and are aware of the risks of these activities. To comply with those who do not strictly comply with the law in their activities and be educated, informed, warned or suspended if at risk to themselves or others.

·       Request support from the security area for the constant assessment of risks within continuous improvement processes

·       Establish and maintain individual and collective performance indicators in the area under their responsibility,

·       Establish a continuous improvement training plan for the company's direct employees, adapting to the different training levels and needs of each area, adapted to the company's needs, resources and global programs responsible for implementing these training processes.

·       Maintain direct contact with the maintenance, engineering, Continuous Improvement, and production area, for monitoring critical indicators, with the aim of generating improvement plans and associated action plans.

·       Being above production costs (Direct and variable cost), at the expense of executing better plans or capturing opportunities ensuring that they are aligned/updated between reality in the plant.

·       Ensure that all processes and activities under your responsibility are carried out in accordance with the standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

·       Support all areas to generate action plans within the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems (individual customer requirements) that consider the resolution of recommendations, opportunities for improvement or non-conformities identified during the audit processes of first, second or third party

 

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a professional with the following skills and motivations:

·       Complete degree in Engineering;

·       6Sigma Certification

·       Project management knowledge

·       Problem solving.
