We are currently recruiting for a Quality Manager to join our team in Eindhoven, you will bring a Quality mindset to the organisation, with a focus on driving a Quality Culture.
• 2 days based at various locations in BeNe, 2 days office and 1 day working from home.
• Fluent in English, and Dutch would be beneficial
• Leading a remote team of 3
• Knowledge of ISO standards: ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001
• Experience with Quality oriented business sectors, e.g. healthcare, automotive, aviation
• Affinity with other standards, e.g. business continuity, food safety, Seveso (NTA8620)
What you do on a typical day
• As a Quality Manager you will be focused on bringing a Quality mindset to the organisation: Operations and central functions, e.g. Procurement, HR, Facility Management, Business Development, Ops Excellence
• Coordinate and execute internal audit program with a good understanding of ISO standards 9001, 14001 and 45001
• Continuous improvement, ability to build, influence and inspire
• Development of internal (Quality) standards and compliance verification programs and activities
• Execute internal audits
• Share best practices within BeNe organization
• Grow our quality standards in a complex industry, healthcare, aviation, automation where standards are strict
• Working to standards and legislations
• Close engagement with partners and key suppliers ensuring positive action on standard processing and best practices
What you need to succeed at GXO
• Must have previously worked within a Safety or Quality role with the ability to drive a quality culture
• Ideally led a virtual team, this is a team of 3 remote employees
• Previously worked within a multi-site large organisation
• Worked within a large-scale international Logistics, Manufacturing, Production or similar organisation
