The profile of the quality manager business line (BL) is addressing the challenges we face as an organization in deploying quality methods and tools such that the right balance between innovation and industrialization is established from a business line perspective.
Education and experienceMaster or Bachelor degree in (industrial) engineeringMinimum of 10 years experience in project and change management in a dynamic and complex industry Experienced in working in a matrix organizationSeasoned in inspiring stakeholdersExperience within the ASML organization, specifically within operations and D&E, with a strong business mindset.Understanding and experienced in driving quality in the areas of technology innovation and industrialization in a complex environment.Experienced in driving change in a large, global organization

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
