Waters Corporation is currently seeking a Quality Material Coordinator to join our organization. In this role, the individual will be responsible for management of the inventory of non-conforming product within the Milford site. Responsibilities include supporting product transactions and material flow for all areas (Supplier QA, Machine Shop, Operations Quality) within Quality, performing inventory, and shipping out material.
This position is hands-on in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and good transactional habits to ensure accurate inventory management.
Responsibilities Manage all material transactions associated with nonconformancesParticipate in daily nonconforming meetingsManage TrackWise quality records per the decisions made at the meetingsPerform Quarterly inventory of all Quality locationsPerform weekly metrics reports to determine current inventoryAct as direct Quality support for GDC and manage the tracking for PCB quality issues QualificationsEducation:
Vocational trades school, high school diploma, or equivalent education
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance or related field.Working knowledge of ISO quality management systems 9001, 13485 and 21 CFR Part 820Ability to work independently across multiple organizations.Desired Qualifications:
Experience using Sparta Trackwise and SAPGeneral understanding of ISO Quality Management SystemsKnowledge of various sampling plans
