The Mobility Aftermarket division (MA) in Serbia offers a broad range of services towards MA headquarter in Karlsruhe from areas of product marketing, quality management, trade marketing, purchasing and engineering. MA organization in Belgrade is unique on a global level due to being the only organization outside the central headquarter which performs the same headquarter processes.
Your Mission:
► Support the Quality Methods team in organizing top-notch Quality training sessions
► Help us track global Problem Solving activities across our division
► Collaborate in creating user-friendly manuals for Quality IT tools – think "Quality for Dummies" but cooler
► Keep an eagle eye on customer expectations in the claim process and ensure their feedback reaches them on time – because we’re all about that customer happiness
