As a Quality Metrology Lab Technician, you will be responsible for leading Quality lab activities, including building inspection set ups, maintaining calibration system, and maintaining nonconformance records. In this role, you will contribute to ensuring product quality, improving processes, supporting research and development efforts, and providing accurate data for decision-making.


What You’ll Do

Collaborate closely with quality and design engineers to execute inspections on prototypes, pilots, and other experimental units related to development projectsExecute inspection projects, provide ongoing feedback to stakeholders, identify functional problems and recommend solutionsCoordinate calibration and maintenance of test equipmentPerform collection of daily non-conformances for material review boardSupport quality engineers on process of improving rolled throughput yield resultsObserve work processes, equipment, and interactions (Gemba walk) and identify opportunities for improvementImplement 5S+ principles to ensure a clean, safe, and productive laboratory environmentCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and quality engineers, project managers, and stakeholders, to achieve project goals

Pay Range:

18.40 - 27.60
