Your Key Responsibilities Production Quality planning and control. Quality planning, Quality capability in production, control of changes. Complaint management / Drive measure and verify their success ( incl. supplier related matters) Rejection Analysis deploying CAPA to reduce scrap and rework. Analysis of causes, drive of countermeasures for continuous improvement. Engine component products-First off and last off release; production process quality control, release, hold the material and authority to stop the line in case of any non-conformity in product/process. Maintain workplace related Q-documents and record in the segment. Training of new joining employees. Interaction with lead plant related to engine component issues, improvement and documentation. To follow the group standards and procedure on line. Customer QA , CRM , Handling of Customer Audits/ 3rd party Audits. Your Qualifications

 

Min.  8-10 years industrial experience,  BE/ Diploma Mechanical Engineering.
