Responsible for the overall implementation, administration and participation in the development of the facility risk management program. Utilizing CHI’s enterprise risk management program framework, the position is responsible for the identification, implementation and ongoing evaluation of loss prevention and strategies which encompass patient, employee and environmental loss exposures. The position is responsible for promoting a culture of safety through high reliability and participates in the development and implementation of risk management policies and procedures, providing education and supporting facility-based operations leaders. May be required to take Risk Management calls during non-work hours. **Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in nursing or healthcare related profession MBA, MHA, MSN or other healthcare graduate degree – Preferrred Registered Nurse (RN), licensure in the state of Arkansas Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) within 12 months Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a clinical healthcare setting healthcare risk management. Employee, environmental, patient safety and claims management experience. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in management or supervisory role health care related environment. **Pay Range** $38.17 - $50.70 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
