**Main responsibilities:**
+ Operational Support: Assist in managing quality technical agreements, supporting audits and inspections, collecting data for key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring compliance with regulations.
+ Deviation and Change Control Management: Help classify deviations, coordinate urgent quality events, and assist in managing change control actions.
+ Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, maintain quality documentation, and support training initiatives.
+ Collaboration and Risk Management: Work closely with the Senior Quality Manager and other stakeholders, assist in identifying risks, and contribute to quality reviews and business reviews.
**About you**
**Experience** :
+ 1+ year of experience in Quality Assurance in the Pharmaceutical industries.
+ Experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing is a plus.
**Soft and Technical skills:**
+ Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and compliance.
+ Familiarity with good quality practice/good manufacturing practice (GQP/GMP) Compliance.
+ Basic knowledge of manufacturing/laboratory investigations.
+ Understanding of change control and deviation management.
+ Basic knowledge of Quality Risk Assessment (QRA).
+ Strong organizational and communication skills.
+ Proficiency in English and Japanese.
**Education** :
+ Master’s degree in Quality Assurance or in a similar field.
**Languages** :
+ Fluent in English.
+ Proficient in Japanese.
