Description:

You will be the Quality Planner for the Camden Operations team at Lockheed Martin's Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) division. Our team is responsible for producing essential equipment for the US military and our allies, and we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Quality Planner, you will be responsible for configuring and managing the quality control features within our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. You will work closely with production manufacturing planners and engineers to govern the control and verification of requirements and ensure that quality objectives are met. Your responsibilities will include:
• Reviewing and approving production and inspection planning to achieve quality objectives
• Establishing qualitative and quantitative inspection attributes, configuring sampling schemes and methods, and regulating acceptance limits
• Creating Master Inspection Characteristics (MICs) and assigning them to appropriate operations of work order
• Managing inspection lots and ensuring that work instructions meet standards
• Implementing appropriate Change Management control and creating/managing/maintaining inspection plans
• Writing, reviewing, and approving Receiving Inspection Instructions (RII) and managing quality requirements on Material Masters

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combined experience/education
• Proficiency in computer use
• Ability to work independently and make effective decisions
• Ability to acquire and maintain a Department of Defense Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
• Awareness of production processes (assembly, inspection, test)
• Understanding of mechanical or electrical attributes and associated units of measure requiring validation (torque, resistance, dimensions of size, etc.)
• Experience with computer-programs/software-tools/platforms used for managing work in a manufacturing environment: routers, work orders, production planning/work instructions, etc.
• Quality Management System exposure (ISO 9001, AS9100, etc.)
• Lean/Six Sigma techniques and Statistical Process Control concepts
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Apriso Manufacturing Execution System
• Windchill Product Lifecycle Management
• MPMLink Manufacturing Process Management
• SAP Enterprise Resource Planning in Production and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul environments

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
