Job Description:At Regions, the Quality/Process Improvement Analyst develops and implements programs to establish and maintain quality standards of existing products and services, as well as developing programs that focus on quality improvement. This position solves moderately complex problems, works with limited supervision, and should be becoming a subject matter expert at this level.
Primary Responsibilities
Conducts pre- and post- performance analysis that ultimately enhance and improve risk mitigation processesMeasures and compares current processes with identified procedures and policies, monitors processes, and provides management summaries with recommendations for error preventionPromotes best practices and implements solutionsLeads medium-to-large scale projects and initiatives that may have many internal and external dependencies and higher levels of riskAssures ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirementsMay create project plans, timelines, critical paths, and milestonesThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED with nine (9) years of quality assurance, audit and/or operational business unit experienceOr Bachelor’s degree in a related field with five (5) years of quality assurance, audit and/or operational business unit experiencePreferences

This position must be within a reasonable driving distance to a Branch, Consumer Operations, or Professional Office Building with the primary locations being for Birmingham, AL, Atlanta, GA, Charlotte, NC, or Nashville, TN. Regions will not provide relocation assistance for this position, and relocation would be at your expense. Exceptions to the geographic location requirement may be made for current Regions associates who work remotely.
