We are currently looking for a technician with previous demonstration of leadership or technical skills to join our Physical Distribution (PD) Customer Fulfillment Center team in Wilmer, TX located 25 miles south of Dallas, TX.

What will you do?
The DLFC QA Process Leader reports to the Site QA Manager. This individual will own and execute P&G Quality systems and programs, build capability within the QA organization, and coach/support both P&G and 3PL Operations. This will be a key role to deliver our Automation and Real Time Touchless Quality goals. Additionally, this role will serve as the backup P&G QA Leader supporting our Customization operation. From the beginning, you will be getting involved, impacting situations, and influencing business-related problems.

Physical Requirements:

Lift 50 pounds by bending and stooping; climb, stand, and move around on stairs, ladders and platforms; twist, turn and bendThe ability to work at heights & climb stairs/ladders/platforms, etc., on and around equipmentStand, sit, and /or walk for long periods of time. Surface: Concrete, gravel, asphalt (uneven surfaces), and equipment. Sit/stand on material handling equipment for an extended period of time.Twist bend at the knees, stoop, kneel, squat, crawl, and reachThe ability to meet the requirements of safe operation and personal safety, including wearing hearing protection, eye protection, and foot protection, and the ability to respond appropriately to various visual and audible alarms and signals for equipment startup, evacuation, fire, etc.Operate a computer keyboard to input and access data, and phone as well as scanners and electronic interfaces.The ability to enter and work in enclosed areas.The ability to work in extreme temperatures both hot and cold, generally in warehouse conditions including wide variances in temperature, dust and dirt.

Work Schedule:

Business Hours – 8:00AM-4:30PM CST Monday-FridayThe work schedule could include some combination of day shift, rotating shifts (minimally), and weekends to support the business.  Schedule changes will be communicated with advanced notice.
