Its end-to-end value chain presence encompasses onshore and offshore wind turbines design, manufacturing, installation as well as cutting-edge service solutions. + Ensures implementation and improvement of the quality part of the Integrated Management System (including process management) for the respective production unit according to the quality strategy and respective local regulations. + Relocation may be offered for this role should it be necessary. Responsibilities   + Ensures implementation and improvement of the quality part of the Integrated Management System (including process management) for the respective production unit according to the quality strategy and respective local regulations. + Ensures adherence to Production Quality Assurance related processes and procedures, and oversees related operational and/or supportive activities, with specific operation teams assigned. + Implements the specific quality programs within his organization and monitors the effectiveness of these programs. + Contributes to product safety activities. Required Knowledge, Education, Experience and Skills  + Ensures the production quality reporting. + Contributes to budget planning processes. + Ensures qualification and competences of production employees with regards to quality. + Leads a production quality team. Prioritizes and assigns tasks to team members and checks progress of agreed transactions and workflows. + Manages Quality-related activities with involved internal and external parties. + A minimum of a High School Diploma is required. + A minimum of 10% travel required with the position.  + Acts as an escalation point of contact for production quality issues. + Qualified applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States.
