Position Summary:
Develops and implements company and regulatory quality standards in the manufacturing facility. Knowledgeable of industry and governmental regulations affecting product quality. Develops, implements, revises and maintains quality standards, tools and methods for processing materials into finished products. Works across all functional areas Operations, Technical Support, Customer Support, Sales, to ensure quality, customer service, and practices in support of the policies and procedures of the organization. Monitors volumes and makes suggestions. Reviews metrics to ensure that procedures are being followed and makes suggestions regarding training needs or performance enhancement offerings. May design and maintain test equipment and scripts. Verifies and maintains test documentation; tracks product issues and verifies resolutions through daily floor audits of inventory audit tracking, location accuracy of moved assets. Performs product inspections and/or audits to ensure PWI steps are followed by production associates through hardware testing, BIOS removals, and hard drive removal. Conducts QC tests on assets for quality purposes that are in finished goods. Communicates and assists in the resolution of quality related problems.

Works on projects of limited scope and complexity. Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.

Uses company standard policies and procedures to resolve issues in which answers can be readily obtained. Work is reviewed regularly by supervisor or more senior peers.

Requires broad theoretical knowledge typically acquired from advanced education. Typically requires a four-year college degree or equivalent experience and 0-2 years functional experience.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $50,800.00 - $81,300.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
