**A Snapshot of Your Day**
We are seeking a Quality Professional to support Service Operations (SO) function of the Gas Services North America (GS NA) located in Orlando, Florida. The role will report in functional matters to the Program Leads and will directly report to the Head of Quality. They lead corrective action program for SO and support with internal audits. In addition, the role actively engages in the SO quality reviews, RCA investigations, leads continuous improvement efforts, and analyzes quality data for the program lead.
The Quality Professional is expected to drive corrective action and internal audit program for SO, then present RCA to stakeholders. The role has a potential to expand into a field quality which may require travel to support outages for both Fossil and Nuclear customers. The job may require 50% travel to support field quality role. This role also provides autonomy and growth opportunities in a multitude of areas to foster a variety of work experiences!
**How You’ll Make an Impact**
+ Lead the corrective action program for service operations function. Disposition non conformances, conduct root cause, develop corrective action plans and ensure timeliness in closing out the issues.
+ Actively participate in the internal audit program, support the audit program lead in leading audits and improving the program efficacy.
+ Analyze non-conformance, corrective action, to help the business make informed decision. Participate in business review meetings to support the quality business partners.
+ Assess process deviations and nonconformance events, lead problem solving efforts, facilitate cross functional reviews and customer engagement to ensure adequate resolutions.
+ Support efforts to maintain critical metrics and drive compliance to internal regulations and achievements, e.g. timeliness in completing RCA, corrective actions and audits.
+ Conduct surveillance of safety and quality programs in the field. Generate report during and after each surveillance visit. Coach and train field personnel on pertinent topics.
**What You Bring**
+ Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.), preferably in an Engineering, Business, or related field. 5+ years of combined experience in one or more of the following – Quality Management, quality investigations and QMS audits.
+ Proficient communication (written and verbal) with the ability to develop thoughtful communication plans, employing multiple channels, or indirect approaches, such as influencing others, to align groups or organizations.
+ Strong analytical, facilitation and presentation skills with emphasis on proven use of RCA tools. Ability to drive collaboration to produce effective results!
+ Professional knowledge and experience related to ISO 9001, ASME or equivalent standards.
+ Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

Quality Management team is part of EQS group and leads in development and maintenance of quality program and system to meet and exceed international quality standards and internal governance requirements. The SE GS NA QM team is based out of Orlando Florida and Oakville Ontario and supports Service Operations, Project Management and Sales and Marketing among other business functions.
