QUALITY PROJECT MANAGER

JOB PURPOSE:
The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate various projects within CenterLight PACE program, ensuring they align with organizational goals and quality standards. This role involves planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict CMS regulatory requirements, deadlines, and within budget. In addition, this role oversees coordination of personnel and resources required to complete projects.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
+ Coordinate project activities and resources.
+ Monitor project progress and adjust as needed.
+ Communicate project status to stakeholders.
+ Ensure projects meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
+ Identify and mitigate project risks.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
+ Accountable for project review documentation (charters, issues, risks, schedules, status reports, etc.) and report on status/make recommendations for improvement to leadership.
+ Prepare/Review weekly program-level status reports for Program and Executive Leadership.
+ Develops departmental plans, goals, objectives, departmental budget, and departmental policies and procedures.
+ Establish and manage scopes of work and enforce as needed.
+ Act as the key escalation point for any operational and/or personnel issues during the project.
+ Set, maintain, and optimize workflow with project management systems and processes.
+ Supports Business Leadership in the review of program/project deliverables for completeness and quality.
+ Maintains effective communication with all stakeholders, ensuring the team interaction model is transparent and effective.
+ Independent problem solving and Ad-hoc analysis and decision support.
+ Disseminates information and communicate ideas on behalf of the SVP.
+ Helps organize commitments such as presentations.
+ Ambassador for the SVP of Quality, buffering communication with other members of the strategic team in cases where there are sensitive issues.
+ Participates in other critical projects, and other duties as assigned, as requested by the SVP of Quality.
Schedule: 8:30AM – 5:30PM
Weekly Hours: 40
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business or related field, Project Management certification a plus.
Experience:
+ Progressive project management experience and at least 5 years of management Level experience.
+ Proven experience in project management, preferably in healthcare.
+ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.
Additional Requirements:
+ Excellent customer service and communication skills.
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
+ Excellent leadership abilities.
+ Proficiency in project management software.
Physical Requirements
Individuals must be able to sustain certain physical requirements essential to the job. This includes, but is not limited to:
+ Standing – Duration of up to 6 hours a day.
+ Sitting/Stationary Positions – Sedentary position in duration of up to 6-8 hours a day for consecutive hours/periods.
+ Lifting/Push/Pull – Up to 50 pounds of equipment, baggage, supplies, and other items used in the scope of the job using OSHA guidelines, etc.
+ Bending/Squatting – Have to be able to safely bend or squat to perform the essential functions under the scope of the job.
+ Stairs/Steps/Walking/Climbing – Must be able to safely maneuver stairs, climb up/down, and walk to access work areas.
+ Agility/Fine Motor Skills - Must demonstrate agility and fine motor skills to operate and activate equipment, devices, instruments, and tools to complete essential job functions (i.e. typing, use of supplies, equipment, etc.)
+ Sight/Visual Requirements – Must be able to visually read documentation, papers, orders, signs, etc., and type/write documentation, etc. with accuracy.
+ Audio Hearing and Motor Skills (Language) Requirements – Must be able to listen attentively and document information from patients, community members, co-workers, clients, providers, etc., and intake information through audio processing with accuracy. In addition, they must be able to speak comfortably and clearly with language motor skills for customers to understand the individual.
+ Cognitive Ability – Must be able to demonstrate good decision-making, reasonableness, cognitive ability, rational processing, and analysis to satisfy essential functions of the job.

Salary Range (Min-Max):$95,000.00 - $105,000.00
