Our client is seeking a Quality Project Manager to join their team in Ladson, SC.

Drive quality earlier into the launch process (Quality Assurance). React quickly to customer concerns. Improve the Business Management System through audits and improvement ideas. Meet annual departmental goals.

Skills ISO-9000 or AS-9100 related auditing, inspection & test, Metrology, and calibration, print reading & interpretation (GD&T). Process Improvement, Analyzing Information, Strategic Planning, Ability to interact effectively with suppliers and customers. Familiar with Machining, Welding, Assembly and Testing  Good planning, organizational, and communications skills required.  Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.  Results driven with emphasis on keeping customer and business commitments.   Education and/or Experience High School Diploma or equivalent.  
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Quality Assurance functions, with adequate experience using inspection and test equipment. Requirements Develop quality plans from customer requirements, external standards, and internal procedures to mitigate risk. Be the contact for customer quality concerns. Lead customer scorecard improvements. Leader/member of corrective action teams. ISO / AS internal auditor. Implement containment activities, as required, to protect the customer of repeat non-conformances.
