About the Role
• Data Management that will help increase new recruits across all segments• Lead and participate in developing platforms and programs that can strengthen the recruitment Capacity
• Development of guidelines and procedure for financed and non-financed program
• Analytics capabilities to generate reports and insights on recruitments, leader development and activation of new recruitsDATA GATHERING - Identifies critical data points that are relevant for addressing specific business needs and requirementsDATA PROCESSING - Employs advanced data processing techniques to cleanse the raw data, transform them into structured format and extract relevant patterns and trends that reveal underlying behaviours and insightsDATA MANAGEMENT - Leads the development and management of accessible data repositories to ensure timely availability and seamless retrieval of reports by different key stakeholdersFINANCIAL PROGRAMS SCORECARS MANAGEMENT – Maintains effectively the financial program scorecards for the financial programs of the company.ANALYTICAL DATA CREATION – Leading and Creation Analytical data creation and management for appreciation of Recruitment Development Managers, Sales Management Team, and Agency Leaders to track lead measures and behaviours that will affect the end results in recruitment.MANAGEMENT REPORTS – Leading the creation of Reports essential for managements’ decision making and strategies related to recruitment.
